your product is amazing but you really need to work on packing your orders better. I order your products regularly but on two occasions , because of poor packing there was some damage to the jars.

The best Natto ever! Does not even compare to the stuff you buy at a store on their fridge. Yes, the texture takes some getting used to at first (I just eat one spoon full full by itself or put it on rice) but the taste is amazing - a mix of coffee and cheese. Love the Umami flavor! And the many health benefits. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for.

I have been ordering Natto from you for many years and every batch has been wonderful. I recently subscribed to a monthly delivery of 4-jars and am happy that I will not run out and forget to order. This is the best tasting Natto I have ever experienced (I buy the organic).

Funn thing, I accidentally took the jars out of the cooled shipping box and left the four unrefrigerated jars in my car overnight earlier this summer and the car was about 80 F all night. I was hesitant but, after eating the first jar without any ill effects, had the remaining jars. Surprisingly, I actually enjoyed the even creamier and more caramel flavor of the jars left out overnight. Thank you.

NYrture New York Natto was a lovely surprise to discover in the world. My functional medicine doctor recommended 1-2 servings of natto daily. I found the single serving foam natto in the frozen section of a local Asian food store. It was not a good first experience. Negative marketing about the strings does not help. So, I did my own research, mostly listening to people from Japan for whom natto is a staple.

I learned about homemade natto from YouTuber NattoDad. What a difference. Then. I saw an interview of Ann Yonetani on YouTube, and deeply respected her company's mission and education to facilitate natto becoming a standard food in our homes. I wanted to taste NYrture natto, so splurged for the $29 shipping (given this product requires refrigeration).

If you are eating natto, do not miss this experience. NYrture natto is a delicacy that melts in my mouth. I am a licensed Professional Homeopath and Sacred Pet Death Doula, and have two remaining senior animals in my care. I now make my (still pretty good) homemade natto for them, and reserve NYrture's natto as my daily treat. It is my first food and sustains me throughout each day.

If you are new to natto, trust NYrture's website to learn why it's the best food possible to become a daily staple. Again, through NYrture's products, natto is now a delicacy. A little goes a long way. I save the quality glass jars to store the natto I make in my home Instant Pot for my dog (which are no harder to open than any glass jar -- I have an opener attached under my kitchen cabinet for jars).

Although the product packaging is excellent, today FedEx left the box on its side beyond my front gate, in a dappled area that ended up in direct sun. Amazingly, the six jars were still very cold, with no leakage. The packaging is also ecological, and the ice packs are covered with directions for recycling, including as plant food.

I just met founder Ann Yonetani, when I called to report that this order was missing the black soybean natto, receiving instead more of the original recipe. While Ann was happy to remedy this in any way I requested, the original recipe happens to be my favorite, so I will just request the small adjustment in price on my next order. Speaking with Ann, who happened to answer my call directly, was a joy and pleasure in itself. I was grateful to personally thank Ann for her creative product, marketing and company.

NYrture has a customer for life, and a grateful, understanding one at that. This is a small company of creative, caring humans doing huge work in our world.

Yum.

I've also posted a copy of the jar opener that has been mounted under our kitchen cabinet for more than 30 years. You can easily and affordably find myriad styles online today. I'm glad NYrture's lids do not easily come off upon opening, assuring a fresh product upon transport.

Natto usually comes in a single serving styrofoam which usually dries out the beans as it's not airtight. It's also usually prefrozen to maintain freshness and often the beans lose texture.

When I first saw this, I was definitely skeptical but i could not be happier with the purchase. It's got great texture, flavor, and it comes in a resealable jar so the beans never dry out. I just add some soy sauce and japanese mustard for flavor and goes great with rice, obviously.

Highly recommend and I don't plan ongoing back to the styrofoam kind since discovering this.

Actually hella good, you’d be surprised. Starts off slightly bitter, but give it a little time after opening and it’ll start to develop sweetness/flavor. Highly recommend! Going to buy some right now lol
