East Coast and Midwest: We ship from Brooklyn by UPS Ground and 2nd Day Air. 1 Day deliveries will ship M-Th. 2 Day deliveries will ship M-W. Orders received by noon ET will ship the same day.

West Coast and Mountain: We ship from Los Angeles by FedEx Ground and 2-3 Day Express. All deliveries ship on Mondays and Wednesdays. Orders received by 9AM ET will ship the same day.

All orders do ship with ice-packs and insulation—do refrigerate your natto on arrival for long term storage. Please DONT WORRY if your natto arrives warm.  Your natto is safe to eat, even if it has spend a few days at ambient temperature.
