Refund Policy
NYrture is dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality, most healthful natto possible. Since natto is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns. However, we can provide replacements or refunds for products that are received broken or otherwise damaged within 14 days of delivery.
For concerns after a jar has been opened, please contact us. In most cases, we will be happy to provide a replacement, a full credit toward a future purchase, or a 50% refund via the original payment method. However, we cannot offer refunds for changes in appearance as your living ferment ripens or for normal household mold introduced after the jar has been opened.
For non-perishable products, we will be happy to provide a refund or credit toward a future purchase upon receipt of the item in as-new condition. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
